Harnest - part of the Mazzei Group - is seeking an experienced Site Manager to lead construction on social and supported housing projects.
We’re looking for someone who thrives in a dynamic, hands-on environment and takes pride in building high-quality homes that make a real difference.
What You’ll Do
Manage site delivery of multi-dwelling and SDA housing projects ($1–3M)
Lead construction in line with program, budget, and safety requirements
Drive site compliance with OH&S, BCA, and relevant standards
Coordinate trades, site teams, and project timelines
Oversee site safety, cleanliness, inductions, and inspections
Liaise with project managers, suppliers, and consultants
Communicate directly with clients to support a smooth handover
What You’ll Bring
5–10+ years’ experience delivering custom builds or multi-unit housing
Proven leadership and stakeholder coordination skills
Solid knowledge of BCA, Australian Standards, and OH&S
Cert IV in Construction Management or trade background
White Card, current driver’s licence, First Aid & CPR
Strong Microsoft Project and documentation skills
