What you’ll be doing
Working closely with government agencies, community housing providers and social impact developers, you'll lead the delivery of high-quality housing projects across Victoria and South Australia.
Lead the end-to-end delivery of a portfolio of social housing and SDA projects
Maintain strong project controls across cost, programme, risk and reporting
Manage AS-based head contracts, variations, EOTs and commercial risk
Build trusted relationships with government, clients, consultants and key authorities
Lead and mentor Project Coordinators, Contract Administrators and site teams, driving consistent delivery standards
Champion a culture of safety, accountability and continuous improvement
Support resource planning, project sequencing and performance reporting to drive predictable outcomes
What we need from you
5+ years’ experience as a Project Manager within the construction industry
Strong working knowledge of AS-based contracts and construction regulatory and compliance requirements
Strong commercial capability across cost control, forecasting, contract administration and risk management
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the confidence to engage and influence at all levels
Proven leadership capability and a genuine interest in mentoring others, lifting standards and improving the way projects are delivered
