With a strong forward pipeline and long-term government and community partners, Harnest is focused on predictable delivery, quality outcomes and lasting social impact — building not just projects, but stronger communities.
The Opportunity
We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead the delivery of a portfolio of social housing and Specialist Disability Accommodation (SDA) projects.

Establish and maintain disciplined cost, program, risk and reporting controls across multiple projects
Manage AS-based head contracts, variations, EOTs and commercial risk with confidence
Build trusted relationships with government, client, consultant and authority stakeholders
Mentor Project Coordinators, Contract Administrators and Site teams, embedding consistent standards and behaviours
Drive a culture of quality, safety and continuous improvement across the portfolio
Support resource planning, sequencing and performance reporting to ensure predictable outcomes
About You
5+ years’ experience as a Project Manager within construction
Strong working knowledge of AS-based contracts, regulatory frameworks and compliance requirements
Commercially astute, with disciplined approaches to cost control, forecasting and risk management
Confident communicator, able to engage senior stakeholders and provide clear, balanced advice
A leader who coaches others, raises standards and builds systems that endure
Why Join Harnest
