The Opportunity

We’re looking for a Designer / Drafting & Design Coordinator to play a key role in delivering high-quality, buildable design documentation across our project portfolio.

Reporting to the Head of Design, you’ll work closely with internal teams and external consultants to review, coordinate and quality-check architectural documentation, ensuring designs are accurate, compliant, and ready for construction. You’ll also contribute to in-house documentation where required.

This role suits someone with a strong Revit and documentation background, ideally with exposure to townhouse or medium-density residential projects, who enjoys technical detail, collaboration, and seeing designs successfully delivered on site.

Key Responsibilities

• Review, coordinate and produce architectural documentation to ensure accuracy, compliance and buildability

• Champion best-practice Revit use across projects

• Support design programmes, resourcing and coordination across multiple projects

• Work closely with project teams and consultants to resolve design risks and issues

• Undertake QA reviews to ensure documentation meets internal standards and regulatory requirements

• Identify opportunities to improve documentation efficiency and reduce design costs

About You

• 5–10+ years’ experience in Architecture or Building Design

• Strong knowledge of Australian codes, standards and construction processes

• Advanced Revit capability, with experience coordinating consultant documentation

• Experience working on townhouse, multi-unit or medium-density residential projects highly regarded

• Detail-driven, organised and able to manage competing priorities

• Confident communicator with a collaborative, solutions-focused approach

• Degree in Architecture or Diploma in Building Design
