The Opportunity

Join Harnest as a Drafting & Design Coordinator, where you'll play a key role in ensuring the quality, accuracy, and compliance of design documentation across a diverse range of projects. Working closely with internal teams and external consultants, you'll help drive successful project outcomes through effective design coordination and quality assurance.

• Produce detailed, accurate and architectural designs and documentation.

• Ensure all documentation is technically correct, and aligns with the project specifications, standards, and regulations.

• Attend, actively participate and facilitate meetings.

• Contribute to the continuous improvement of work practices in the team and broader business.

• Work closely with the Design Manager to develop and manage design programmes and design resources.

• Manage commercial and contractual obligations related to project design and documentation.

About You

• Degree in Architecture or Diploma in Building Design.

• 5+ years of experience practicing in Architecture or Building Design.

• Strong Revit and documentation background.

• Exposure to townhouse or medium density residential projects highly regarded.

• Strong knowledge of Australian codes, standards and construction processes.

• Extensive project management skills including resource management.

• Exceptional organisational and stakeholder management skills.
