The Opportunity
Join Harnest as a Drafting & Design Coordinator, where you'll play a key role in ensuring the quality, accuracy, and compliance of design documentation across a diverse range of projects. Working closely with internal teams and external consultants, you'll help drive successful project outcomes through effective design coordination and quality assurance.
Produce detailed, accurate and architectural designs and documentation.
Ensure all documentation is technically correct, and aligns with the project specifications, standards, and regulations.
Attend, actively participate and facilitate meetings.
Contribute to the continuous improvement of work practices in the team and broader business.
Work closely with the Design Manager to develop and manage design programmes and design resources.
Manage commercial and contractual obligations related to project design and documentation.
About You
Degree in Architecture or Diploma in Building Design.
5+ years of experience practicing in Architecture or Building Design.
Strong Revit and documentation background.
Exposure to townhouse or medium density residential projects highly regarded.
Strong knowledge of Australian codes, standards and construction processes.
Extensive project management skills including resource management.
Exceptional organisational and stakeholder management skills.
